John Logie Baird (born August 13, 1888 in Helensburgh, Scotland; June 14th, 1946 in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, England) was a Scottish inventor and television pioneer.
At Glasgow and West of Scotland Technical College (now University of Strathclyde) and the University of Glasgow-trained Baird worked during World War II as an employee of a power station (Clyde Valley Electrical Power Company), before becoming self-made??, to his experiments on the technical development of television pay based on the Nipkow disk more time to.
